Well mouthshut is one of the most interactive and unbiased tool where users can share open experience of the products and service the have encountered. many product website in abroad have open blog in there microsites where users can paste anything about that products however in India the those companies don’t take chances and hence comes the role of mouthshut where they cant escape the rage of the people for providing a substandard product or service.
However the only negative point of mouthshut is that the users who post there comments are generally unsatisfied(though there are many positive reviews) with a certain product because a unsatisfied user ensures to complain about a product.
So the best strategy for choosing a product is that read all the reviews and iff half of them or say even more 50-60% are positive than one can certainly go for it but certainly not in the case of more than 50% of negative reviews. we can give the benefit of doubt to a certain company having 40% negative reviews but 60% positive.
There are companies like MTS mobile where there is not even a single positive review and companies like movie mart having no negative review. so one can easily decide on these but the battle become confusing when we see the half half reviews.
so choose while being smart but mouthshut indeeds give the best of the review of any product and mostly are unbiased.
