I had taken a new internet connection on 25 th feb.
for 10-15 days the connectivity was ok. some minor down time.
but a month, there was no connectivity for more 10 days. I registered a compliant to customtakeouter support. I was issued a complaint no. as usual.
I even wrote to broadband@relianceada.com.
but failed to get any response other than the auto email.
I even called the divisional office. but of no use.
I was directed to the customtakeouter support, which is useless.
As always, the customtakeouter agent @ the divisional office was very rude & did not care for the customtakeouter.
They only issue complaint nos. which are never fixed.
As I had no options, I had to be reliance broadband.
Every day the net down 5-10 times for 10-20 minutes.
The marketing guy - unmesh, who got the connection installed was bit helpful.
we provide the emails ids to resolve issues.
But these guys name aniket, vaibhav, amit where of no use.
The worst part was this guys suggested me disconnect the connections.
How can the employees of the company ask the customtakeouters to give up the connection !!!!!
I had no option, but use the reliance broad connection.
For past 10-15 days their is not connectivity. The customtakeouter support agents are fad-up issuing compliant nos.
The customtakeouter support/ Service is worst, but the collection dept is very efficient. they never fail to call on 9 th of the month for collection, even when the bill is paid .
The billing sms/emails are on time.
Please Please dont go for reliance broadband connection.
