Very true !!! The customer support is true dead end. The complaints are automatically closed as resolved. No technical support is ever provided. Even after placing so many complaints which are never resolved, you don't have any option other than customer support & broadband@relianceada read more...

I am still using the services of Reliance as i have no option. But the problem still persists, there is no improvement in the services. After the posting the last review on mouth shut, i did receive a call from reliance. but they were not ready to accept the problem, only wanted me read more...
