Unfortunately, I purchased Reliance Netconnect by paying advance 2550/- for net services for next three months and my ordeal started right from purchase :-
A. The boy who came at my residence was extremely rude. Since I had an urgent requirement , I ignored him and made the payment with a promise from his side that it will get activated latest by tomorrow morning.
B. After lots of fight over phone it got activated after two days.
C. Person came for confirmation at residence and he was given all the info he wanted.
D. Keep getting phone calls again and again asking for lots of info for confirmation.
E. After 20 days, it got disconnected again saying address is not confirmed.
Now keep talking to rowdy, rough , rude people and they will give all evasive answers. I have talked to some Tiwar , Niraj and I have never felt more offended than this. Very poor attitude, loose language and third class service. I strongly suggest , if you expect good service , don’t go for this.
It seems Mr. Ambani has failed to manage this company and it will fail sooner than later.
