Horrible experience

I took Reliance Broadband 6 months back. Its good ISP till


the point everything is ok, but once a problem occurs, its horrible. During


past 6 months, the line went dead 7-8 times. For every dead connection, I had


to call them up at least 10-15 times and wait for 3-20 days for it to be


rectified. (Problems ranged from my local box fault to cable problem to Reliance


server). At least in BSNL if you know the lineman , give him


some "baksheesh" and can get it rectified. Reliance has sub contracted it


to some agencies and you don’t know who will come to rectify and when.


Also Reliance has some stupid people sitting in call center,


their first response is "Our systems are under up gradation, so we cant


help, even cant take complaint " ( I am sure most of Reliance broadband customers would be by


hearted this line by now). You have to call up many times and pray that the person to whom you are talking to takes your complaint. Moreover they sit in Mumbai and cant help anyway, if


you ask them any local number / person, again their response is “Sorry sir, we


cant give you any numbers”.


Recently I moved to a different place, where there is no Reliance service. I


gave them an advance notice of 7 days but they have still not disconnected the


service even after 40 days. They are not even bothered about collecting their


phone and modem and I am sure Mr. Anil will definitely put my name in


defaulters list for no fault of mine.


So my sincere advise, PLEASE DON’T GO FOR RELIANCE if you want to live peacefully.
