I have taken gio sim last two months back after struggling and crossing heavy q lines some how in the beginning it worked good, but after that it could not connected network due heavy load on network and it is not up to the mark what operator has given promise to subscribers. The length of the 4g services has not been completed entire india they have establishing network today also and could not taste of its fruit, and we can say any thing to customer service when if it connects network there is no connectivity no customer service.In urban city it is some how good but in rural network is bad, after facing all this I have gone for broadband connection with another operator for my home purpose not free its paid service which can gives peace of mind.
