Reliance is a very big company so there is no question that it will take your money and not provide services. Like I have an Airtel connection they take money but I am not fully satisfied with it. In Reliance they are not taking any money to give you a internet connection but in Airtel you have to give Rs.250 for a internet connection kit call tango and further Rs.2.50 per minute and the speed is so slow. It takes about 2 minutes to connect and then 2 minutes to load a page with Airtel hence making you spend Rs.10 for just using the net for 2 minutes. Where as in Relience if you use the net then it is already connected so you save 2 minutes which is equal to Rs.5 and in Airtel and Hutch.
Now as far as the bill is concerned it is like this:
Reliance Rental: Rs. 240 - Which ever plan you take in Hutch, Idea or Airtel the minimum rental is Rs.395-Rs.400
Reliance Talk time: Rs. 160 (for 400 mins @ 40p/min) - Where as Airtel and Hutch take Rs.2.40 for mobile-mobile and Rs.3.60 for mobile-landline.
Reliance Club privilege charges: Rs. 100- The content that they provide are news channels, various serials, video clips, etc.
Reliance Finance charges: Rs. 100 (Interest @ 10% pa)- Only if you decide to give them post-dated cheques. You dont have to pay these charges if you go for the upfront payment option.
Total Reliance Monthly Charges(including finance charges): Rs. 600
