Dear Friend, Till now I haven't used the roming facility. I live in Delhi so I know the offnet operator charges.In Delhi they are as follows: If you call from Reliance Mobile to landline then the charge is (Total)-Rs.0.50 which means the total charge will be Rs.0.90 per min.
