I recently bought two reliance GSM. In both the SIMs, they started deducting charges. Infact in one SIM they made the balance to 0. I bought these sims only for incoming calls. Neither I made calls nor SMS. But they themselves activated some package, I don’t know which ones, and started deducting the charges. They are simply cheating their customers.
I’m using Vodafone and have never encountered such Issues. My experiance with vodafone has been the best but Reliance is the worst service provider I have ever seen. I contacted them on customer care also but they say your balance was 0 only and not even checking their records.
