Irresponsible customer care

Very poor ande irresponsible customer  care  I have asked the Reliance customer care to send me the statement as I find discrispancies in my bill I am paying by Netbanking and Instant pay and Cash but they refused to give me the statement and have barred my incommng and outgoing calls.


It is pathetic I have written mail to even their nodal office but it is just a show there is no greviance redressal/ THey do not even have a floor superviser. When I go to the reliance web world every time I go it is worse service they only give lip service.


THey do not even care to call back.


and want the customer to keep paying even for talking for them.

I have had my worst experience in Reliance Shops went to buy sim they gave me sim I payed the bill but was shocked that the same sim was being used by some one.


But this problem has not been resolve even after months.


I get a SMS saying come and take free ad on card visit our reliance shop.


but when I go to reliance shop I am told we have got to do nothing with the SMS our records say that you are not eligible for this offer.


I asked for giving me a statement of all the money they received from me they are dodging.


very prompt in collecting money even in advance but very poor in accountability. Allays on the look out for ways and means to fleece the customer. that is my experience. there is always passing the buck when asked to rectify their mistake.
