Pl. keep away of reliance money. They arbitrarily debit your account & not responding to any mails. There is no security of your funds. Your ledger balance may disappear any time.
While opening the account it was promised that the limit card will be valid for one year. but it expired after six month. On checking , it was told that the franchise may have made a mistake & worst part is they can not correct the mistake.
As a new customer, I already feel frustrated in a months time with the kind of service I have got. I am going for closing the account and came to know that all my money is gone without trading or using reliance money for any purpose
I have reported this issue to reliance money branch, executive who opened the account, reliance customer care and customer Grievances department but have not got any answer in one month time.
So, I recommend its better to pay more brokerage and get good service instead of getting into never ending issues/problems.
