I bought this Reliance Netconnect+ modem ZTE- AC2737 two weeks back. Everything was fine during the installation and for the first few days and now the real face is reveled. The net speed is pretty slow and abruptly is disconnected for no reason. When contacted the customer care they shift the blame on my lap top.
Previously, I had Tata Indicom V Data modem that was delivering low speed but was quite enough for me to browse and check the mails. Upon buying this Reliance Netconnect+ I deactivated the Tata Indicom post paid and opted for the Reliance Netconnect+ pre paid.
