Yes , my family also feel the same... I tried with temperature setting to the full and still no better result. Product User Manual claims 2000 Watts yet the heat is not as expected... Service is very bad ... I preferred Venus as its made in India and especially from my home town and of course I paid read more...

Even, I am facing the same situation... After paying the premium of 5070 Rs/pm for three and half years the surrender value is 77000Rs ( Service charge of 14 % is not included), it is a day light robbery by TATA
