I hope not that reliance may get a shock that a single consumer is praising them since they are not used to it.
With reliance as the brand name u can rarely expect yourself to be a satisfied user but this time using a net connect is a decent experience, I live in delhi and this usb modem though promised me speed of 3.1 mbps still mange to give me around 1.5 mbps and sometimes the download speed in torrent is 200 kbps which helps me in downloading movie in just around 1 hour which is good.
Though I’ve seen most in fact all of the negative reviews about net connect as well as tata photon and mts but still I am surprisingly satisfied.
However it gives fast speed only when using torrent else even in you tube I have to wait for the buffering half of the times.
Customer service is also decent as experienced although just for a short while. those who are considereing my review to buy the product I would say to wait for a while say month and look out for airtel, vodafone 3g to arrive which will offer unlimited download at lesser than rs.900, however even though ii being a fussy customer have liked reliance as it have worked with full speed when I carried it in hills and forest areas in uttarakhand.
the major reason might be the one that this is been provided and rent paid by my office rather than purchased by me as I can certainly give them a benefit of doubt coz I dnt expect much from the free stuff else then to work in need.
