Worst internet connections ever !! Even worst is the technical & customer support.
Even after many many request only twice the technical person visited my place, only to say.
Please remove the connection.
(How can the company technical person ask to disconnect even without checking)
Customer support is even worse. They refuse to provide the complaint no. And if the complaint no is provided, it is automatically closed after 4-5 hours stating "Your problem is resolved, if you still face the problem please contact the customer support".
The customer support is a REAL DEAD END.When we request the agent to pass the call to the superior. they dont do stating there is no head.
Neither your problems are solved nor you can contact any other source other than
customtakeouter support agent & broadband@relianceada.com.
Even the zonal office contact no. is useless., they again redirects to the above customtakeouter support.
REAL DEAD END !!!!
IS THERE ANY OTHER OPTION/PLATFORM TO HIGHLIGHT YOUR PROBLEM OF RELIANCE INTERNET NOT WORKING !!
i missed one thing, the customtakeouter agent always promise of call from their head to the problem which never happens. I have received this assurance every time & not even once did I get the call.
I have only 2 options
1> Post on the review/complaint site.
2> Stop using the service...
Please Please dont use the reliance wireless internet connection.
