I waited anxiously for the release of Lipfinity, the newest and supposedly the greatest lipstick ever made.
For months I read about this wonder product and how it lasts and lasts for up to 8 hours with no touch ups!
Finally I came upon it and scarfed up a few boxes of this most sought after prize!
Oh boy .. was I ever let down!
Although Lipfinity does live up to it’s promise of staying on for up to 8 hours, it does not live up to Revlon standards.This lipstick is also a two part thing where you forst put on the paint .. let dry for 2 minutes then top it with the sealer .. UCK WHAT A TASTE!
First , read the fine print on the box BEFORE you buy!
This stuff is like a lip laquer and probably just as deadly!
It is so full of unknown and caustic chemicals it is scary ( even though all are o.k. for humans to use )
Then ... you can only remove this lipstick with baby oil , or vaseline .. or so they say .
I tried both and I had to literally scrub my lips almost off to get the stuff off. OUCH!
Then they do not inform you of the bleeding factor..
This lipstick bleeds in every line around your lips no matter how young or old you are.. Ever go to work with striped lips? I have and trust me it is NO FUN!
Remember that you can not remove it without baby oil or vaseline so you are forced to go through the day with those same striped lips.
This lipstick ( or gel , or whatever it is ) is also drying to the lips.. well if you have any lips left once you remove it ...
Oh don’t forget that upon removal be careful not to smudge it or you have lipcolor all over your face and of course you remove again with those vile baby oil or vaseline products ! UCK ...
What a disapointment but one thing is for sure ..
It does STAY ON .. and On .... and On....Lipfinity should be named INFINITY!!!!
