Before you order anything from righttoys.in or rightshopping.in - BEWARE! They will take your money and will send an inappropriate product against the order which will be completely non-useable to you.AND when you call/email you will not get any answer. You will be sitting with your hands on forehead that why did you trust such new comer with really no records of delivery.
This is what happened to me. I ordered a "MY BABY EXCEL" feeding bottle and received a Nuby bottle instead which is no use to me(Pics attached).
My baby doesn’t take any other bottle but MY BABY EXCEL and that is why we ordered as soon as I saw this bottle on this website. Now that they have sent me another bottle which I didn’t order, I am stuck with it.
I have contacted customer service but didn’t get any reply. I have mailed them thrice in last 3 days but they simply don’t answer.
THis is a serious fraud company who is not interested in customer service. These are the companies due to which people till date do not trust e-comm companies.
Please don’t take risks. They will not deliver before 7-10 days and then they will deliver wrong product. Even if its a few hundred rupees, you will still not want to be cheated.
