True !! I got a similar experience. They said shipped and even gave me a tracking number. But this tracking number could never be traced. 1 lesson - never pay in advance. They don't even have a Customer Care number. If u want to get in touch with them you have to write email. Then they have the liberty of not replying or a delayed reply. Wonder if they have learnt anything from their competition.

Totally agree. I remember buying a drill machine from rediff. First it didn't work. WHen i opened it to find out if there was a loose connection, it just fell apart. There were several iron components which were not even attached to each other. I paid some 800 rupees for 500 gm of iron junk.
