I had checked in a Senegal Businessman who was my guest few weeks ago. When we arrived at 6 am in the morning, the Security Guard who was half asleep with slippers on the legs and a shabby uniform whose half shirt was out ran behind us to welcome. At the reception the staff was asleep on the guest sofas. I dropped my guest and went home. Later when I came at 9 am I found that the air conditioner was not cooling and there was no hot water. I complained to the reception and there came a little kid who was not in the hotel uniform to fix the hot water problem which re occurred the next morning.
I decided to check out next morning and asked for the balance of the deposit. I was politely told to collect it anytime during the day. I went after few days and was shocked when the reception manager told me to submit the photocopy of the Invoice and deposit receipt for claiming the refund which was a mere Rs.350 I was asked to come the next day to collect the balance.
