Mr.TATA is shopping Land Rover & Jaguar brands, instead he should invest in customer care as he has to wake up to the fact that the TATA cars are purely selling due to the Diesel advantage which Maruti & Hyndai Motors dont have in the small and cheaper car segment. My car has all 4 tyres worn out in 28,000 kms. I always complained to the dealer about the tyres but they said it is ok then i visited Goodyear directly and they found all 4 tyres completely worn out with steel wires coming out. You are right about the dealers and the tyres. In Ahmedabad there are 2 dealers in my area Cargo & Bachha Motors and both are ignorant.
