Got a lot of fake commitments-(verbal as well as written) from Rockingtrip in collaboration with traveltriangle.They committed some discounts to us before closing the deal but did not give the discount of 6k promised to us. The free vouchers mentioned their website and vouchers have also not arrived yet. There is no one to lead the company of TT as I escalated the issue to their CEO but problem wasn’t resolved. After visiting Dubai they refused to provide us few activities inspite of them mentioned in the vouchers.They told that they have mentioned it in the itinerary by mistake. Never seen a travel agency committing such type of mistake. RT shared this travel voucher almost 10 times without noticing the error. It cannot be believed.The picture attached clearly mentions Underwater zoo and aquarium which was denied at the last minute for which we had to purchase our own tickets. I would NEVER recommend this travel agency to anyone. Fake company with fake ratings nd reviews ..
