I took the delivery of my Swift Dzire, yesterday. I must say my experence with Sagar Auto on Bannerghata road was very good. I booked my Car on 21 June and my delivery was ready on Friday 03 July. Not bad for a Car which in great demand. However let me tell you mine was a corporate purchase, so maybe it is meant to be that way, they did not charge me any booking amount, only one email from my official id.
Later these guys took care of it working with my company’s processes. All promised accessories were put before I reached to take delivery except Boot mat.. which they will put next time I come.. Np. Today is second day with the car ....yet to go for the free service’s.
There is one person in Sagar I want to appriciate is Mr. Manjunath from Corp sales. The only let down I see in Sagar is their True value section... I had an 800 to sell.. these guys really took me for ride.. giving all the reasons why I cannt get good value back...i dumped them and sold the car on my own. Also I am yet to test their post sales service.. so cant rate them..given 4 Star’s for now as they sounded committed.
