since i got a replacement a month back the phone Q7 is working fine, Only issue is and that is probably the designers did not think, If you pull the phone out of pocket , the track ball moves and reduces the ring tone volume, which does not reset back to orginal volume. Micromax would have been better off , if they would have spent the money they are on ad's and sponsoring cricket tournaments on R&D and quality of the product , they would have gained much more market.
completely!!, even the build quality.. i mean if you are a Nokia user , you will realize, Micromax phones have cheap quality keys, mine now is 1 week old phone, and i am scared that one day the number keys will get stuck. I have never used Chinese phones or any other brand other then Nokia. i just read more...

Use less phone, I bought Q7 a week back, and the very second day the audio got disabled, i think i used the Headphone. Luckily i got replacement, ..and i will never use the headphone feature. Rs 5000..down the drain
