Experience with Sah & Sanghi was pathetic, to put it in short. They are an old auto agency whom I assumed to be of high standards, but my experience was contrary to my expectaions.
I wanted to book an Alto or maybe Zen Estillo. Visited the Sah & Sanghi showroom at Kemp’s Corner and was met by a salesman.He could not give me the TD as they did not have either Alto nor Estillo.He give me only the barest of information about the car.
I left with the promise of getting a TD.The salesman had no courtesy of follow up or of returning my calls.Even after a second visit he failed to give TD although this visit was made after confirmation.He promised to bring TD car to my premises the next day for TD but has yet not managed to arrange the same. Complaining to the sales team-leader did not improve matters.
If this be their attitude before I can even give them the booking amount, imagine what will they do with me after I have paid them the full amount.Cars are expensive items and the sales staff should be well educated and well groomed. A customer should not feel like he is talking to a roadside mechanic.
I met a better salesman at Ratan Motors, Chembur; who gave me lots of information even though it was a holiday (Sunday). Maybe I will deal with them.
