Salarjung Museum in Hyderabad is one of the best museums in India. What really touched me about the museum is the big musical clock located in the courtyard of the museum. I loved watching the clock strike and watching a bellringer come out of this door at the top and ring this little bell with a stick.
I never forgot that clock after I left the museum. If I could see that clock again, it would be breathtaking. Of course, the rest of the arts in the museum are great. In fact, I was a clock collector in my day (I was more a clock maniac), and the clock room in the museum is great. But the best is the big musical clock, which is the main attraction of the museum. I’ve actually purchased clocks from India, as well as from other parts of the world. I still have all these clocks in my old room back home. I might save them. Some of them are musical.
