Great review! Air India is definitely the worst airline in the world for that reason and others! My main complaint, apart from their poor punctuality is the condition of the planes- some of them are old and dirty and smelly on the inside and that is not tolerable for overseas travel!

What a great review! Those are my exact same reasons for hating Air India with a passion! The old dirty planes make it worthless and the rude flight attendants don't do any justice! I also love your 'worst airline of the year' award part! I would definitely nominate it for that.
