I have a 130 squarefoot room where I use this A.c since 2004. 5 seasons have passed and till date I am highly satisfied with it. The sund has increased with time, power consumption has also increased.
The remote went out of order once. So did the fan.I bought it at Rs 16500.
However after sale service is not upto the mark. The installers were terrible, they broke my window and I had to shout on top of my voice to get it installed at the upper half of the window. They wanted to fix it on the lower half due to convenience.
The service "engineers" were terrible, the "engineers" are unaware of how to open the front grille, The company often claims to give full servicing free of cost which is an ABSOLUTE LIE. I was once refused and the 2nd time charged for gettin my A.C. serviced during "free servicing period" in Kolkata.
The a.c is perfect, but please stay away from the company’s service centres, they can only charge you handsomely for doing nothing. employ the local engineers who knows the repairing better than those engineers in formals.
