I brought one Samsung LED 43 inch tv with high hopes and it stopped working after six months and I raised one complaint in their helpline. Its almost a month and I am still waiting for service team to rectify it .They are saying the parts are not available and to my surprise they told me it might take months to rectify! .One customer support manager told me that I brought a model which Samsung wont recommend. I don’t know why they have marketed this and sold this to me if they don’t recommend this model.I feel Indian customers are being cheated and our hard earned money looted by some multi national companies like Samsung.I feel its time for Indian customers to unite and fight this.Unfortunately I am helpless and cant fight against a giant like Samsung.All I can do is to share this to all my Indian brothers & sisters so that they can take a wise buying decision .Hope this will help others in saving money
