Don’t believe on samsung warranty period. Don’t buy samsung product LED poor quality and dump service
I bought LED 32" TV end of 2014, now this product is dead. Problem in LED panel, they asking 12K to fix this problem. They are saying its physical damage and blame u, like u hit something on TV .
We are two peoples only in home, no single scratch on LED, it happens live when we were watching and colors spreads automatically .
Only 7 months completed but they are saying this is not in warranty. How they can blame and apply charge for same, completely dump service
As per my experience, don’t buy Samsung products.
