Bought a 50inch neo qled tv 1.5 months back.
noticed a small white mark on the tv. inside of led panel at the same spot is discoloured. I noticed it and complained within 1hr of installation to the person who came to install. Since then I have spent countless hours and calls with no use. Samsung tech support and service centers trying to blame it on me. Service center guy visited and wipes the panel with wet cloth! I generally like samsung products, this is the 3rd samsung led tv i bought.. but the horrible attitude of their tv service center (which is mosy likely outsourced) in Bangalore and their technical support in India is making me feel so bad. Dont know if my comment here makes any difference. but avoid buying high end samsung tvs unless you are ready to suffer if there is any issue. take video of what service person do to your tv
