I have bought a new Samsung LED(Smart TV) Model UA32D5900VR. The TV is amazing. Its display is crystal clear, reception is good, Navigation is simple, installation is easy - a simple plug-n-play set. Its slim and well designed to suit the table or wall. At 40K its good value for money. The goodness stops here. The attitude of the Service personnel at SAMSUNG Service at Calicut is rude and condescending. While the dealer promises all heaven its quite another story with SAMSUNG. One has to fix an appointment for installation and they consider us a nuisance -(I just needed the wall brackets as I had already installed the set myself) I dread the I do not the know the condition else where. So guys just check out on the service before taking the decision.
