Must Read this review prior to buy any Samsung Electronic product. I was such a big fan of Samsung due to the innovation and growth they have brought in electronic industry and really appreciate the competitive market they have made across the globe and due to that consumer are enjoying the daily innovative technology. However, I must say while doing the innovation and technology update Samsung has not seen other aspect of the product, they have really compromise with the quality of product and never ever has been seen the service canter provider.
I can ensure the one that, I do have maximum product of Samsung at my home including LED TV, Fridge, TAB and Sound BAR system. First Experience: Fridge- Nothing much has happened was just chilling less, made a complaint and service engineer came checked and said need to change the compressor, I dint convinced with him but lately thought, he is from company so must be telling correct. I agreed to do the change and he tried to replace with a old one he kept in his bag. I said need a seal pack and when you will get the new one please come back. He came next day and changed and took the charge of 4k. I was fine thinking now at least will not have any issue with fridge, OMG I was wrong the same issue was there then I realize the setting was incorrect and due to that it has happened.
But, also I realise how this service engineer has made me fool and the Samsung is getting the money. But parallely I can say LG is best in Customer Service, if not agree just try it. Second Experience: SAMSUNG LED 5 Series TV- Never buy, go for LG they are more reliable and quality/ Customer oriented company. So I brought Samsung LED TV 2 year back and now this TV got black patches in the left top corner and I lodge a complaint. First, without my concern service canter has cancelled my complain. I did another complain fought with Service Centre and they send the engineer. First thing he came open the back panel put the power cable and said LED panel is gone need to replace with 26k. Wonder 2 year back I got this TV in 70K and now another 27K, Batter then this some 21 inches colour television can buy in 10k and minimum will run for 10 year without any complain. However LG is quite supportive and the people have brought their TV from LG have never face this issue. SO I will suggest never Buy any Samsung EXPENSIVE product you will end up paying too much and will not be benefitted in any area. I will tell you more if you can just write me to know, what I did further and about Samsung product. 24th June:
The thing is now the interesting part has started, between SAMSUNG customer care and Me. When last I called in front of their service engineer stating that, how the quality has been compromise that, first to buy TV I have to pay 70K and later 26K on the panel within 2 year. The respond was our Manager will give you a call back and let you know the remediation. How funny I am waiting > waiting and still waiting...I will update you all, about this until, I hear from them. So you can surely think before buying any SAMSUNG product. 25th June: Just got a call from SAMSUNG call centre, and hence I have asked to send some experience engineer who can tell me the real issue. they have promised to send someone, lets see and about screen replacement SAMSUNG is not able to commit anything as the product have crossed 1 year of time.
So guys must keep in your mind while buying any Samsung product that your products have only life until warranty over. One warranty is over the product life is gone you will have to pay same amount either to buy new or repair with paying 50% of new product.
