I bought a Samsung 32 inch Led FHD last year for my grandma as she always wanted to have one. Earlier she had a CRT colour TV, She was very glad to get one and that too from a grandson. The feeling that was exquisite.
I was living with a thought that Samsung is the best in the TV world and the one which I bought is not going to have any problems atleast for 4-5 years.
But this pleasure lasted for only two months of its use. Let me tell you this first that my grandma is a real newbie to this thing and I believe that, if she doesn’t know about any particular thing, she hardly get her hands in that until a knowledgeable person teaches her to operate it.
Ok so what happened with te tv is that, it started having horizontal black line from top left corner and started going bottom gradually. This happened in mere two months of its use. The tv was just connected to Tata sky with a Hdm cable.
Had a samsung centre there, contacted them they said the PCB board is the thing to be worried about. and it was covered under warranty and told me that it will bear some 6000 rs. to get repaired.
I got it repaired from a local store and costed me just 1200 rs. Now I despise going with samsung and loathed every product of its.
Never go with it. Unless you are a brand lover.
