I ordered a TV for my parents on samsung online store(eshop), they were supposed to deliver on the 7th April. Not delivered until 8pm, when we contacted the customer service they say they had a delivery problem and they would deliver on the 8th between 11am and 1pm and is yet to be delivered.
Issues:
1) Until we called they didnt bother to tell us that there is an issue in delivery?
2) Failed again
3) They take exchange everywhere, but not in our pincode.
More than anything else, no responsibility to resolve the issue. Very disappointed. Worst service on earth.
