I purchased a Samsung double door refrigerator (model: RT28GCTS1/CTL/2011) from new Delhi (India). The dealer got the product delivered at my address. When I removed the packing I found all the 3 tefl on slabs (for putting the stuff on) were broken. Since then (~7 months now), I have been following up with the dealer and Samsung customer care.Dealer says he has informed the Samsung team. After following up 50 times with Samsung customer care and Samsung local service center, a person came to my house with 2 (not 3) slabs but those were of smaller size and hence did not fit.
After that, I followed up more than 20 times but no use. No they are not picking up my call.I found Samsung staff very unprofessional and insensitive. Even after 7 months from buying the product, I am still waiting to get my complain resolved. Without these slabs, refrigerator can accommodate only few items - it is of less use.
