Worst Product With Worst Customer Service

The refrigerator temperature trip board that’s what they (Samsung service center person) call it was faulty they replaced it after several follow up with in warranty. That was the first time I actually tasted the service of no. one service company.


Again I have to registered a complaint for Refrigerator on 9the May details: PAN-*4987, Service Order number-*75965. First the service person said that they could not reach me which is totally wrong as all my other friends can reach me and only the person can not. Then next day when I called again a service center person visited my place and said he will come tomorrow to repair.


Some other person came day after and he also said that he will come tomorrow to repair. This is third day that we are at home leaving all our work and service person don’t even bother to inform if they are coming or not for repair. It is me who is following up if the person is coming or not. Till now there is no commitment from Samsung or service center that when it is going to get repaired.


One of the worst company to buy product from as their service is worst. I have experience of products from LG(TV), Voltas(AC), Panasonic(AC), IFB(WM), Botch(WM)(at native) all are better product as well as service.
