I have a Samsung double door fridge working without any problems from 2006. Recently the frost free started giving trouble and lodged a complaint with Samsung Bangalore center for support. The complaint was raised on 16th and every day I called up to get the register.
It was empty promises and nobody turned up. With things get spoiled in the fridge only option was to seek support from freelancer support.
Asked for escalation and call back from Samsung - never happened.
In spite of chasing with the support center and the service center - nothing happened.
If this the kind of support Samsung is having for consumer products then they can forget about other products like GALAXY etc.
The Samsung support or call center has no options of escalating the issues to higher ups..
Nobody in the organization is looking into the issues raised by customer. Senior mgmt is sleeping.
