If you had gone for private Banks like HDFC etc you will hang on customer care numbers only. Even after 2 months of applying the HDFC loan sanction is unknown. This is inspite of having a salaried account with them and paid my 60% to the builder. Their BUREAUCRACY is much worse then the government b read more...

Unfortunately, there is not much of alternative. I have been getting my Scorpio serviced from 2006 onwards. Each time I go there it is an experience which you detest.
