"Pioneers then Leaders Now" in Conning Customers?

I bought a Samsung Galaxy Chat B5330 mobile just 2 months back from HSR Layout I Sector Sangeetha Mobile store. Firstly I was handed out a handset from a box that had its seal broken ..

Recently the display broke because I accidentally dropped my handset. Thinking of using the pick up & drop facility offered by Sangeetha Mobiles, I decided to call their help line and hand over the phone. Its about one Full week since I gave my handset for repair and there has been No response from Sangeetha Delight. When I again called them back, they said they got feedback on the cost of repair only now .. this is a serious joke because when I called the actual Service center they told me they had informed Sangeetha about the cost of repair that day itself.. So does it take Sangeetha Delight ONE FULL WEEK just to pass on this information to customer. .. now Sangeetha Delight has the huge task of passing on my approval for repair to the service Center and then get their feedback on when it will be repaired and finally pick it up from them & hand the hand set back to me... Given the pace at which Sangeetha Delight works it shud take them another 2 weeks for this :) ....

Sangeetha Delight is such a PATHETIC service that once u hand over ur phone to them u will swear on God that u will never again turn to them for any repairs.. what can get repaired in a day is sure going to take 3 weeks! May be this is the strategy they have built so that hearing such feedbacks no one calls them to pick up their phones for repairs & there by they can save on the Rs.99/- that they have collected from all the thousands of gullible customers.. :)

Let me now talk about their beautiful "free Insurance" policy ..

Sangeetha has a free Insurance policy ... but Pls read the fine print .. it does not cover loss of phone it only covers "theft by force".. which means someone shud have beaten u up to be able to snatch the phone from u, only when u are eligible to claim insurance.Assuming this has indeed happened to u .. next comes the "claim process" ...U need go to Police Station & get a complaint registered, then u need to fill in a claim form & hand it over the Oriental Insurance office at Cunningham road and they will take about 2 weeks to get back on the "approval amount" Wait patiently & say ur prayers :) Once u get that approval letter u need to only go to a specific Sangeetha store in the city to get ur replacement phone not the store from which u bought .. In all the process is so painful that u will be better off forgetting about the loss & buying a new phone.

Again a clever strategy by Sangeetha to make that extra 200 bucks from ever customer !!!!!!!

Wow! Congratulations Sangeetha. "Pioneers then, Leaders now" but well in what??? Fooling customers with innovative ways like Theft Insurance & Free pickup for repairs???

I will be keen on seeing what is the next Innovative money making strategy Sangeetha comes out with
