The Service center is very crowded and short of infrastructure to support rush. They accept 250 to 300+ bikes on a single day.
I got my Servicing done last week. While making Job Card, the technician didn’t even consult me and added Nitrogen (Rs 120), wheel balancing (300+), wax police (450+).
On the servicing front, they didn’t do anything than washing, and oil change (I suppose) and charged me Rs.1500. But the main issue which I reported (fixing front bumper which was shaking) was not fixed. To get it done, they called me some other day as they didn’t have time on Saturday.
Pathetic.
Please avoid this service center.
