Dynamic agents -growth of SBI credit card business

The future of credit card business depends upon the financial product, quality of the services, credit limit, correct billing and  agents. Agents who deal with the SBI Credit Card should  dynamically  plan their work and aim towards the customers needs rather than putting too much efforts in increasing the number of sales.


In case of agents dealing with the SBI Credit Cards, their services are very poor towards the customers as they dont analyze their quality of services they provide to the customers. They need to discuss their problems with their seniors and the seniors need to guide them in the right way, not through pressurization and fixing the monthly targets to the agents. This decisions would bring dire consequences and spoil the good name of SBI- A bank rendering services to large customers from ages.


Frequently asking same questions to the customers, irritates the customer and also points out lack of coordination of the agents as well as the management.


Simultaneously there should not be any technical failures of the ATMs located in various places of the country. SBI has its goodwill  and it needs to be preserved.
