Ok with further ado let me get to Scrubs...
Scrubs is about Sacred Town Hospital and revolves around a group of 3 interns and a nurse and some of the key hospital staff- Turk (the kool black guy - Donald Faison), John J.D. Dorian (Zach Braff), Elliott Reed (Sarah Clarke), Nurse Espinosa (Judy Reyes), Dr. Cox (perry johnson) and dr. bob kelso (ken jenkins) and finally the janitor (flynn) - Ed..
The Story revolves around the lives of these characters... ’’Scrubs’’ focuses on the strange experiences of fresh-faced medical resident John ’’J.D.’’ Dorian (Zach Braff, ’’Garden State’’) as he embarks on his healing career in a surreal hospital crammed full of unpredictable staffers and patients - where humor and tragedy can merge paths at any time.
Joining the rumpled J.D. at Sacred Heart Hospital are fellow residents Chris Turk (Donald Faison, ’’Remember the Titans, ’’ ’’Felicity’’) -- J.D.’s college buddy who is part of the more elite surgical group, and the beautiful but socially awkward Elliot Reid (Sarah Chalke, ’’Roseanne’’).
Keeping a watchful eye over these young doctors are the caustic chief of medicine, Dr. Bob Kelso (Ken Jenkins, ’’Courage Under Fire’’); the abrasive but caring Dr. Perry Cox (John C. McGinley, ’’Wall Street, ’’ ’’Platoon’’); and no-nonsense nurse Carla Espinosa (Judy Reyes, ’’Oz’’). Flynn (’’Magnolia’’) the hospital janitor, portrays J.D.’s nemesis who never seems to miss an opportunity to harass his target.
This series very comfortably takes you through the entire scenario and makes you feel right at the hospital...
Currently it is running into its 5 th season, though I have seen only till the 4th... In India I think it might be running the 4th season, but cant confirm it as I am now in college and Star World is hard to access...
Anyways, Gals n Guys, I personally find this to be highly entertaining and great to watch... and this is my first, my very first 5 stars...
