Its 1887. Chon Wang (Jackie Chan)’s father (Kim Chan) who is the keeper of the Imperial Seal has been murdered by Parliament and distant UK Royal family member Nelson Rathbone (Aidan Gillen). Rathbone teals the Imperial Seal and is followed to London by Chon Wang’s sister, Chon Lin (A very beautiful Fann Wong) who has witnessed the murder. She writes a Letter from London to Her Brother Chon in United States to inform him about the murder. Wang decides to go To New York and ask his friend Roy O’Bannon (Owen Wilson) to give him the gold they had got from the previous assignment to cover his trip to UK. Roy is a born looser who has made a few bad investments so he has lost most of the gold but still somehow both of them manage to go to London. We come to learn that Nelson Rathbone has stolen the seal to give it to Wu Chow (Donnie Yen). Wu in return gives him the then state of the art machine gun so that Rathbone can assassinate all the members of the UK royal family and he gets to become the king. What follows is a cliche movie about how Chon Wang and his no good friend Roy Saves the day. Amazing performance by JAckie Chan and Owen Wilson. Watch out for a wonderful fight scene in the market. One of those rare sequels which is better then the first part. A must watch for Jackie Chan Fans.
