i agree 110% with you, their site has so much that you get lot in it, many times I have had some similar issues, and I tried to locate the email id or tel no of the mgt but there is none. I just speak with a cust rel girl who gives the same s’hit reason again and again that they r sorry fot what happened.
i lost some 3.5lacs in just 2 trades of Cipla and ACC in margin trade, in the morning at 9.30 I was advised to buy both and sell them when it moved down. in the margin trading, another s’hit accouting that they do, they mark margins even for the interday sqr off trades and and they keep debiting the a/c for sms chs, delayed payment chs(never did they gave me any details why they are charging delayed payment chs and for what amount and what days)
few day ago I bought 2400 india cem, even though I had enough bal in the a/c the next day as the a/c was in Dr dur to some margin money blocking my a/c they just cooly sold of almost 1100 of the 2400 to offset the debit, the total loss was almost 22K. they did not even bother to call me to find out if I will pay up the debit bal in the a/c.
s’hit cust relations is what worries me, guess they r getting arrogant day by day like the Tiger as their business/cust base is going up day by day.
