Online purchase my cousin put an order for a webcam from the states on April 7, 2009 the website promises delivery within 7 working days. I call up the customer service helpline on April 14, 2009. No on hand updates available with the service desk.
Asks for some time and they will get back they say, no one gets back for 3 working days again I call up and still they ask for some time... I have no choice and today it is April 20, 2009 and when I call up I am told that the vendor does not have the item, and hence they would refund the money.
Then why the hell keep the item online for sale when, at the end of the day you are not in control to have the same delivered.CNBC TV18 good credibility of business news channel..however, by bringing up such cheap venture which cannot meet customer expectations not only it hampers the credibility of the shopping site but ADDS a BIG spot on the QUALITY of the other channels and the BRAND NAME....
