Last time had a worst experience with Shopclues with order # 14175795. Didn’t get the product after 2months also. Atlast they refunded the money after several followup and time waste. But they committed that they have taken care all the preventive measures to stop this kind of incident. Also after seeing their changes in website and several advertisement in television thought they have changed. But again they prove that my assumption was wrong and they are staying at the same corner only. Recently placed an order(#24767791, bathroom weighing scale) on 26th Oct. After 3-4days got the tracking id. But after 15days when product was not delivered to me started contacting customercare. They replied that product is out for delivery and will reach me with in 2days. But there was no such update visible to us in the courier tracking website(dotzot courier, tracking id 700001272353). Same reply got after 2days also when we contacted again. In the mean time got an update from courier company on 14th Nov that due to the heavy load of shipments in Delhi, deliveries are getting delayed and I will receive the order after 7days. Now surprisingly today got a mail from shopclues customer care that status of the order has been changed to’Undelivered - Returning to Origin’. Shipment never ever reached to my location and these bullshit fraud people are saying it’s undelivered. Even the shipment is still showing in-transit to kolkata(my location) in courier tracking site. What the hell is this? This is really frustrating. Who ever is reading this review please think 10times before you pleace an order at shopclues. Beware of this online fraud shopping company Shopclues.
