You will never get the money back. I am also suffering similar to this. It's more than 40days still it is unresolved. And this kind of reply from Mukti is just for namesake. Nothing will happen.

This reply from snapdeal is just for namesake..Nothing will happen. For me also some one called Karan gave the similar assurance. Still the issue is not resolved after 8-9days. You can check my review submitted on 19th Jan, 2015.

Product is delivered to you on 15th Jan. After that it's more than 6days still it is not resolved. Even after your so called escalation, still no resolution. This shows how you people cares about the customer satisfaction and how you people are working. Really frustrating.
