Shopclues.com is BIG FRAUD: NEVER EVER BUY

I have been doing online shopping for last 4 yrs and know there are problems when there is a wrong or defective product delivered but never faced a problem like the one I experienced last time. Me and my wife decided to buy door curtains on shopclues.com.


We  ordered 20 units of door curtain and  2 bedsheets on Jun 16, 2015. Order number was 56882211(for curtains total value Rs 2880) and 56880563(for bedsheets total value Rs 538). Shopclues.com sent an information about the shipping of one products in a 3 days(on 19th Jun) .


First shipping information came about bed-sheets. I checked the tracking information and there is no update on the tracking. Till today I have not received the bed-sheets.


Then came another surprise, on 21st, we got information that curtains have been shipped. Tracking information was correct and delivery of product happened on 25th Jun evening. We opened the packed stuff and saw that 20 defective curtains have been packed in the new covered and sent. out of 20, 17 curtains have detects like colored stains/marks, thread defects like weaving defects and quality of product is very bad.


We escalated this issue to shopclues.com on 26th Jun morning. We asked for return of these items and after seeing the%age of defective pieces, we asked for a return and sent the pictures of curtains. Another point was, all the curtains were fully transparent(which normally is not the case). We still didn’t highlighted this point and majorly talked about the defects. We send all the required pictures/snapshots of the product to shopclues.com.


No response came from shopclues.com for 3+ days. Out of curiosity, I checked in my shopclues.com account about return items status. It was a one liner written that " MANUFECTURER HAS DECLINED THE RETURN".


WOW what a response and no email from shopclues.com. So the point is if I join as a manufacturer, I can sell any defective items on this website and shopclues.com takes no responsibility. I am adding few pics of the product and you can see it yourself
