Here is the email from Voltas ' Dear Customer, Thank you for contacting Voltas. As you have purchased the product from online 5 years warranty is not applicable. The product registration number as follows. SR#16050504709 Regards, Lavanya Voltas Team'
NO I got a call from Voltas telling that because the product is bought online. It is only under one year warranty and 5 year warranty (on compressor) as mentioned on Snapdeal site is not valid for product bought online. Looks like I did a biggest mistake of my life after buying this product. R read more...
