My order number is 1643747.I received an sms with this order number when I placed my order on 30sep.I dint recv any mail.I had used my correct email id to place the order.When I look for the status of this order at this site using that mail id it says the order doesn’t exist. And at first I couldn’t login to my id using the email that I had used even tho I had signed up before.
Are u kidding me!!!!! I sent mail to CC thru this site twice in 2 days and I dint receive any reply. I haven’t received any msg or communication regarding the delivery time or if it has been dispatched or not. I tried calling to the CC number no one picks up the call. What kind of service are u running.I have made my payment, I have proof of the payment of course.
So if I dont get a reply soon I will have to lodge a complaint in consumer forum and make u pay hell lot more than what I have paid. Trust me!!!! 200 bucks is no issue but FRAUD AND SHAM is !!! So c ya!!
P.S I tried sending a mail to info@shopclues.com this is what I got in response. We are unable to deliver the attached message because your email address is not an authorized sender of this list core@shopclues.com.. Please guys do not go for this site unless you have enough money to waste or enough to give away for nothing in return.
